When Marcel finds himself in a state of loneliness and melancholy right after the three-day festivities of Carnival in Maastricht have ended, he decides to get on a random bus that’s completely packed with partygoers to procrastinate the return to his empty everyday existence.
Length: 19 minutes

‘Fellini in a night bus.’

‘Jochum Ten Haaf is a top-class actor.’

‘I absolutely hate carnival, but this film cuts right through that.’

‘Melancholy abound and always fitting. A meticulously shot short film with strong sound design and music alike.’
